To Hardwood Lumber & More…, the tri-state’s only locally owned full-service woodworking store. We are proud to serve the needs of woodworkers throughout the tri-state. But, we recognize that it is not possible for all of our customers and friends to visit our store. So, for those of you who live outside the area we offer our web site. Whether you visit our store in person or you come to us on-line, our objective is to earn the right to become the one-stop source for all your woodworking needs.
While our background is hardwood lumber, hardwood plywood, and veneers, we are more than just a hardwood lumber store…much more. We offer abrasives, finishes, finishing supplies and tools. We are dealers for Jet, and Powermatic, two of the most important names in stationary woodworking machinery. We are also dealers for Carbide Woodturning Tools, Fein, Flex Cut, Freud, Kreg, Proxxon, SENCO, Shop Fox, Whiteside, Wilton and others. Adding still more depth to our product mix, we offer our customers the convenience of a Rockler Woodworking and Hardware store within our store. As a result of our relationship with Rockler we stock thousands of Rockler’s most popular items, some not even in the Rockler catalog. If we happen not to have a particular item in stock you can order it from our store for free delivery with our next weekly shipment. Our services include blade and bit sharpening, custom router bits, custom plywood lay-ups and custom cabinet doors and drawer faces.
There is still more to Hardwood Lumber & More… than the sum of the products we offer…much more. Our obligation to you goes beyond just selling you something. We believe that knowledge is your most important tool! By helping you build upon your current level of woodworking skills we will fulfill our most important obligation. So, whether you glean something helpful from one of our on-line articles or tip-sheets, learn something new by attending one of our classes, get an immediate answer to your question by calling our toll free number, or receive helpful suggestions by posting your questions on our woodworking forum, our knowledgeable staff is here to help you get the most from your woodworking experience.
